How does shipping work?
All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Due to current global shipping delays and warehouse occupancy we are experiencing longer processing times, and delivery times on specific products may be affected.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Due to limited stock in our Newcastle warehouse, some of our products are only available to pre-order.
Most of the products available for pre-order have an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Feel free to contact us regarding pre-orders, and we will be able to provide a more specific estimated delivery time depending on your order.
Our customer service team will keep you updated every step of the way, and if you have any questions before or after pre-ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortuantely we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

If you think you have entered the wrong email address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
